Welcome to Cottages

The Cottages consist of six separate bungalows nestled in the center of the unique Cromwell Court complex. All these duplexes sprouted up in 1979 when the Cromwell Architectural firm took on the project of saving the four Victorian and two Colonial historic structures that complete the makeup of Cromwell Court and added the Cottages to their backyards.All cottages have recently gone through an amazing transformation with all new systems inside and out. While built in the 1970s, the original designers certainly had a craftsman vibe on their minds, making these multicolored buildings, complete with outside decks, feel like private cabins. This bold effort to meld new construction with historic preservation has created a secluded outdoor natural living space in the heart of downtown Little Rock.
